These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd3339 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at bd3339.app and all associated subdomains and mobile-accessible interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bd3339 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bd3339 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bd3339 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to:

bd3339 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason, and to close or suspend any existing account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached, where required by applicable law or regulation, or where the platform determines in its reasonable discretion that the continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

bd3339 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed in the platform's cashier section at the time of your transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to issuer approval. • Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.

Funds deposited into your bd3339 BDT wallet must be used for wagering purposes. bd3339 does not pay interest on player account balances. Deposited funds that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to the dormant account policy described in Section 3 of this agreement.

bd3339 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, bd3339 will notify the player and may request additional verification documentation. Where a withdrawal is declined following investigation, any forfeited funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and bd3339's internal compliance procedures.

bd3339 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or exploited software error are void and must be returned to bd3339.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account, to the bd3339 administrative systems, or to the underlying technology of the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bd3339 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, age verification procedure, or self-exclusion measure put in place by bd3339.

bd3339 employs real-time monitoring, fraud detection algorithms, and manual review procedures to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, bd3339 may immediately suspend or permanently close the associated account, withhold any balance pending investigation, void any affected wagers or winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content available on the bd3339 platform — including but not limited to the bd3339 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, typography, user interface elements, written content, game imagery, software, and underlying technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd3339 or is licensed to bd3339 by its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bd3339 platform for its intended purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming and sports betting. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without express written consent from bd3339.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software or technology.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the platform.
• Use the bd3339 brand name, logo, or any trade mark in any commercial context without the prior written consent of bd3339.

bd3339's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bd3339 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd3339 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or secure basis. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond bd3339's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. bd3339 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude bd3339's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bd3339 operates as an offshore platform. bd3339 operates as an offshore online gaming platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. bd3339 makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
